Refund Policy

Saltydog Research sells lyophilized chemical reagents for in-vitro laboratory research only. This policy applies to purchases made on this website.

Inspection window

Inspect seals, labels, and quantity on arrival. Report shortages, broken seals in transit, or a lot that does not match the posted certificate of analysis within seven (7) days of delivery. Contact us with your order ID and photographs before returning anything.

What we refund or replace

Unopened vials with intact seals, requested within seven days.
Lots that fail to match the posted identity or purity on the COA.
Items damaged in transit when reported with carrier documentation.

What we do not refund

Opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used research chemicals.
Change of mind after the vial seal is broken.
Orders cancelled because the purchaser intended human or veterinary use.
Buyer’s error in selecting size or quantity after dispatch.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Replacement lots, when offered, ship at our expense. Shipping charges are refunded only when the error is ours.
