These terms govern research-reagent orders placed through Saltydog Research. By completing a purchase you agree to them, the Research Use Policy, and the Refund Policy.

Who we are

Saltydog Research is a reseller of carefully sourced lyophilized research peptides, located at Saltydog Research, 3805 Fosberg Rd, Turlock, California 95382. Contact: info@saltydogresearch.com, 209-485-8756. We do not synthesize, compound, or manufacture finished dosage forms. A peptide lot is listed only after its certificate is posted.

Orders

A catalog listing is an invitation to buy for in-vitro laboratory research, not a clinical offer. Purchase is available after you complete the checkout verification that the products are not for human or veterinary use. We may cancel any order we reasonably believe is destined for prohibited use. Title and risk pass on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable tax. Payment is collected after the research-use verification is complete. The payment page shows only the methods that are turned on. Saltydog does not store card numbers. An ACH authorization, when that option is on, is emailed to us and is not stored on this site.

Shipping

Orders ship by FedEx Express 2nd Day to the contiguous United States, within 48 hours of verification, except when shipping is closed for holidays or other reasons. Rates and the complimentary-shipping threshold are in the Shipping Policy. International shipments are quoted separately.

Refunds

Returns and refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Opened research chemicals cannot be restocked. Short-dated or out-of-spec lots will be replaced or refunded at our option.

Limitation

Products are experimental chemicals for laboratory research. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from misuse, including any in-vivo use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California.
