Shipping Policy

Saltydog Research ships lyophilized research reagents for in-vitro laboratory use only. This policy describes rates, dispatch, and estimated delivery times for orders placed on this website.

Where we ship

Orders ship by FedEx Express 2nd Day to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are quoted separately — write contact before ordering if you need a bench outside the contiguous U.S.

Rates

• FedEx Express 2nd Day: $12.95 per order.
• Complimentary shipping on orders of $200.00 or more (merchandise subtotal, before tax).

Vials ship ambient. We do not include cold packs. Lyophilized material is packed to protect seals and labels in FedEx Express transit.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

• Verified orders are shipped within 48 hours by FedEx Express 2nd Day.
• That 48-hour window excludes times when shipping is closed for holidays or other reasons.
• Carrier tracking is emailed to the address on the order when the package is scanned.

We do not ship while shipping is closed, including holidays and other closures. We do not guarantee a calendar delivery date beyond the FedEx Express 2nd Day service once the package is tendered.

Receiving

Inspect seals, labels, and quantity on arrival. Report shortages, broken seals in transit, or a lot that does not match the posted certificate of analysis within seven (7) days of delivery. See the Refund Policy.

Research-use only

Shipments are research chemicals, not medicines. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Checkout cannot proceed until you verify the products are not for human or veterinary use.
